Reviews of Angkor Holiday Hotel

Alexander
I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase because it provides ample conference and meeting space. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was professional and accommodating. The convenient location was also a plus, making it easy to navigate to and from the event.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have a space equipped with computers, printers, and other office essentials for any last-minute work requirements.

I had a superior twin room and it was incredible with wooden floors. The location was great, for example, Kesor Spa was not too far from the hotel.

The rooms at Angkor Holiday Hotel are absolutely amazing! They are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, making it perfect for a cozy movie night. The spacious suites offer beautiful views of the city or pool and garden, and the living room with a DVD player is a great spot to relax. The private bathrooms with deep soaking bathtubs are a luxury treat. I felt like a VIP in this room!
Personally, I found the shower/tub combination in the private bathroom a bit tricky to use. It's just a matter of preference, though, and some people might still enjoy it.

Everything was modern, dedicated staff, unbeatable location next to the market area and the night life district, and Angkor Wat temple by Tuk Tuk. The room I booked was quiet and huge with shower, balcony and access to the markets.

Location: the hotel was short walk to night markets and tourist destinations in Siem Reap proper and the city centre. The most important was the staff - helpful and amicable people. The breakfasts for vegetarians.

Its location was favourable and unbeatable, adjacent to local shopping centres and restaurants around the area and the center and the markets, restaurants and Pub Street.

Located in a vibrant area with supermarkets, food courts, and pubs nearby, this hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and big bathrooms featuring all necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty, with fresh noodle soup made to order. However, the unstable Wi-Fi connection, dim lighting, and low-stool desks are obstacles for business travelers. The religious altar facing the entrance could make some guests feel uncomfortable.

Breakfast, internet and location of hotal combined with price
Room needed repainting, peeling over the bathtub. Hallways needed new rugs; otherwise good value for money and clean.

. It was comfortable and sufficient for our needs - to get a night's rest. The location is good - not too far from Old Market, a supermarket just opposite - and the buffet breakfast has a reasonable variety. The hotel check out was 12 noon, but as we had a late afternoon flight out, they were good enough to let us keep the rooms till 2 pm. The rooms were clean.
The rooms were furnished with essentials on a conservative scale - the pillows could have been a little more plump! Room service not very efficient - once when the bath towels had not been replaced on time, we had to contact housekeeping via the reception as they did not answer the phone.

Dedicated and incredibly attentive staff in the whole hotel. Well-equipped room, good beds. Clean bathroom and a tub with good sewerage. True 4-star experience, outstanding service.

Place, close to downtown,
staff is terrible, we got voucher for night but in hotel they say dont have a free rooms.... Incredible. When they founded a rooms for us, somebody in reception say we have to pay for brekfast, but when we make a booking there was room with brekfast. Now we have to make a reclamation for this hotel.

Nice clean and comfortable room with high standard facilities. A nice place to recharge after a few nights in hostels.
The breakfast buffet was not to a very high standard.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, thanks to its helpful staff who assisted us in finding local drivers and obtaining information about the city. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished with teak, which added to the hotel's old-fashioned charm. Additionally, the hotel was well-located, with easy access to a food court, a supermarket, and a short ride away from pubs. We especially appreciated how quiet the rooms facing the pool were, as there were no external noise disturbances. The breakfast buffet had a diverse selection and was appetizing, even though the pastry selection could have been fresher.
Nothing to fault.

Walking distance to tourist attracttion
Remarks of bedding arrangement during booking was not taken care of and at the end the 2 rooms was very far separated and cause inconvenience.
